Following a strong performance in the international market, D.O. Cava has reported a sales growth of 17.3 per cent and 252 million bottles in sales.

Sales in the first nine months of 2021 of sparkling wines made under the protection of the DO Cava have increased by 16.45% on the same period in 2020.

The Champagne Bureau has reported increased shipments in 2011. Total shipments worldwide rose from 319.5 million bottles in 2010 to 323 million in 2011.
